Crew
[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”Do we need crew during Demo_Day?” style=”simple” color=”sandy_brown”]During Demo_Day you need a speaker for your Breakout Session and for your Pitch Talk. This can be the same or 2 different speaker(s). For the speed dates, you can also enlist colleagues to participate. This is your one-on-one time with the participants.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I get extra tickets for my own employees?” style=”simple” color=”sandy_brown”]3 tickets is enough for the amount of crew needed for the event. 1 speaker for the pitch interview and 1 or 2 speakers for the breakout sessions. If you still want extra staff to attend the event, you can order extra tickets for € 65 with a special discount code.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″ el_id=”replayweek”][vc_row_inner el_id=”video”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]
Videos: introduction & demo
[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”What do we as partners need to provide?” style=”simple” color=”sandy_brown”]As a partner of Demo_Day, you are required to provide a 30-second introduction video and a 90-second demo.
- Introduction video (<30 seconds)
Each partner is introduced through a 30 second video. Here you can introduce the company and your team and give an image of the office. As a partner you can deliver this 30 second video as a ready made video, but you can also deliver 6 photos which will be converted into a video by Recruitment Tech. You can also deliver text which will be recorded by a voice over. This text may not contain more than 350 characters. Note: Introduction video may not contain added logos and texts, other than visible in your office. This video is played as an introduction to the speaker during the pitch interview and gives speakers a chance to change. - Demo (<90 seconds)
Video should be provided in an mp4 file without sound. During the pitch interview this demo will be played. The speaker of the pitch interview will give a live explanation of the demo and will ask questions based on the demo.

Advertisement in online event magazine
[/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”What are the specifications for the ad?” style=”simple” color=”sandy_brown”]
- A5 portret
- 148 x 210 mm ( wxh )
- 154 x 216 mm ( wxh ) with 3mm bleed
Technical specs
- Always convert text to outlines
- Always convert full color to CMYK.
- Format your file with a 3 mm bleed. Let your background continue over the bleed, as there is a minimum margin during cutting. This prevents white edges after cutting and ensures that the background runs beautifully on all sides.
- If you use images, we recommend a resolution of 300 DPI. Because this is not possible in all cases, we use a minimum resolution of 150 DPI.
- Format advertisements in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop and submit the file as a print-ready PDF, written under PDF profile PDF/X 1a:2001. The files must be delivered as 1 layer.
- Deliver your file without cut marks and printer’s marks.
[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can the same ad be used as during previous Demo_Days?” style=”simple” color=”sandy_brown”]Yes you can, just upload the same ad you used for previous Demo_Days in the form.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the content of the event magazine?” style=”simple” color=”sandy_brown”]The online event magazine contains the program of the two days, which breakout sessions there will be and the 1/1 page advertisement of the partners so you can present yourself.
Since the event magazine has a retention function, it may be smart not to focus the ad entirely on Demo_Day, but for example also refer to the possibility of getting a demo after Demo_Day.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_row_inner el_id=”relations”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]
