Thursday 19 November was the 6th edition of the Recruitment Tech Event different from other years. In 2019 there were almost 500 people gathered in the Amsterdome, this year we had to keep it under 30 people according to the guidelines.
Amsterdam became Barneveld
Because an audience was not possible, RTE20 was turned from an event into a kind of TV programme, broadcast from the Midden Nederland Hallen in Barneveld. More than 6 cameras (of which 1 on rails), a real talk show setting and a side kick. And almost 200 participants who attended the live show (excluding deferred viewing). If a TV show is not interactive, RTE20 was. With polls, questions, breakouts and speed dates, the viewer was inspired for 3.5 hours.
