Demo_Nights are small-scale events where up to 6 suppliers of a similar tool show their software. Tuesday 31 March is the first edition devoted to staffing software (recruitment systems for agencies). 29 September will be devoted to recruitment marketing.
Tooling within one category
Where Demo_Day (June 11 the 4th edition in 2020) brings together the complete range of recruitment tooling, one category is central during the Demo_Nights. Martijn Hemminga, founder of Recruitment Tech, is in charge of this new initiative: “With Demo_Night we want to bring together people who have been informed and suppliers of one specific category of tooling. The set-up is therefore much smaller than Demo_Day, where hundreds of recruitment and HR professionals come to find their bearings. At Demo_Night, we focus on 40-50 attendees per event.”
End of afternoon and beginning of evening
Demo_Nights start at the end of the afternoon and continue until halfway through the evening. Besides 2 rounds with 3 demos of 20 minutes per round, interested parties can get one-on-one demos while enjoying a snack and a drink.
