The sixth edition of Recruitment Tech Demo Day in Belgium will take place on Thursday 24 April 2025 at the Van der Valk hotel in Mechelen. In this old, former swimming pool, more than 125 recruiters will come to learn about the latest recruitment technology. In Belgium, attendees are welcome at the event all day by default. In total, there is room for 20 recruitment software vendors to showcase their solutions. On the one hand at their own demo spot (stand) and also in the 4-minute plenary pitch led by host Lesley Arens of ZigZagHR.
Demo Day Netherlands 2025
The ninth edition of Recruitment Tech Demo Day will once again take place at the Van der Valk hotel in Utrecht. This time on a Thursday, as there will be slightly less traffic around Utrecht than on Tuesdays. The number of visitors in the Netherlands is too large to welcome everyone at the same time, so participants can choose from the ohtend, afternoon or (paid) all day. This way, there is a good spread throughout the day. In total, there is room for 40 recruitment software suppliers to showcase their solutions.
New in 2025
The biggest change is in the Netherlands, where in 2025 all suppliers will be in one large space. Visitors walking one lap will therefore no longer miss a supplier. Furthermore, from now on you can choose a smaller demo spot of 2 metres wide, in addition to the standard size of 3 metres. Giving a 2-minute pitch in the morning and afternoon is now an option you can opt for.
New both in Belgium and the Netherlands:
- Participants will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment in advance at the partners’ demo spots. This way, you know in advance with whom you have an appointment to prepare, for example, a short custom-made demo.
- With the regular partnership, you can put a goodie on the goodie table for free, which was previously a paid option.
- Finally, you can put yourself in the spotlight via a remote podcast interview with one of our editors prior to the event. The podcast will be developed into an article on Recruitmenttech.be or Recruitmenttech.nl and will appear on well-known podcast platforms such as Spotify.
Early Bird discount
