On Thursday 6 June, some 250 professionals in the field of hr and recruitment visited the third edition of Demo_Day in Utrecht. In addition to recruitment tools (inflow), visitors could also get acquainted with talent tooling (through-flow). A total of 59 suppliers presented their software solutions.
Focusing on recruitment and talent technology
Demo_Day is an event where participants can orientate on concrete solutions by viewing demos. Both in small presentation setting and one-on-one. Also selection- & implementation consultants presented themselves and participants can be guided through tech safaris by experts.
A good review
Overall, the event was rated slightly better by participants than in 2018. The demo talks that were recorded by partners were rated 7.5 (2018: 6.9) this year and the diversity was also rated fourteenth better (7.3). When asked to what extent Demo_Day has contributed to getting acquainted with new tooling on a scale of 1 to 10, this is assessed with a 7.5 (2018: 7.1). Points for improvement were also, such as the accessibility of the location was assessed less than in 2018 (7.5 versus 7.9 in 2018) and the communication from the organization scored with a 7.7 thirteenth less than in 2018.
