Fill in your company profile via form 1. Also indicate the most important 3 business drivers your tooling can contribute to. You can also indicate in which categories you want to be classified as a partner. This information will be processed on the website so that visitors can orientate themselves well in advance. The categories are also included in the A5 event magazine.

Fill in form 2 to let us know who will do the 6-minute interview on October 15th. For this we would like to receive:
- The name of the speaker
- A short bio/profile and a high quality photo (landscape preferred)
Note: the speaker should be able to be present in Mechelen.

Please use form 3 to let us know who will hold the breakout sessions on October 15th. We would be happy to receive them:
- Title (in 55 characters)
- Description (minimum 50, maximum 100 words)
- Name speaker and function
- Profile of speaker ( minimum 30, maximum 100 words)
- High resolution picture(s) of speaker (at least 1000 x 1000 pixels, preferably larger)
You can save the form and finish it later. The speaker for the breakout does not have to be present in Mechelen.
